SIYA is devoted to promote a healthy, pro-active and empowered youth population effectively engaging and meaningfully participating in sustainable development.
Since the founding of the organization in 2013, SIYA has conducted multiple projects aimed at developing youth and promoting sustainable development in the Shamva region of Zimbabwe.

SIYA is a locally driven organization, which aims to employ empowered and motivated youth from the local communities.
Our Partners
We are extremely thankful for our partners and contributors which allows us to conduct projects, programs and workshops aimed at educating, empowering and motivating local youth to make lasting contributions to develop the local community, while simultaneously learning skills to build their own future.
For our projects, we have, among others, partnered with the Embassy of Canada to Zimbabwe, the Citizen Engagement for Accountability Activity, SOS Children's Villages and AIDS Healthcare Foundation, in addition to local institutions such as the Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University, Madziwa FM Community Radio Station and Foot Print Mining and Milling Company.
